Called in today, to look at sinks..A woman shop worker was standing near the black sink I wanted info on....she couldn't tell me its size, seemed very disinterested in helping.I had a tape measure with me...she wandered away.nnI then walked thro the kitchen area, returning to my original black sink, I asked if they were in stock, she didn't know. I was about to leave, but asked for a brochure...she put down her packet of quavers, and got me one.....not great customer service.
I had a really helpful nice expereince today at Wickes. Matthew supported me with a query I had regarding tiles and how to best improve my bathroom. He was really friendly and kind. I thought he was very professional and helpful bless him and I left feeling very satisfied. Good job!
I couldn't recommend Wickes any less.nI got a new bathroom designed, everything looked great and I was looking forward to it being installed. I opted for Wickes to manage the project to aid with a smooth delivery and installation.nUnfortunately, the staff involved in delivering the project were totally incompetent. I received little communication from Wickes and had to constantly chase them for updates on everything. The internal communication clearly wasn't any better as the project manager never seemed to have any idea of what was going on. After 10 months of waiting, the installation being delayed and then twice being cancelled the day before delivery and some items that were delivered being incorrect I decided to give up.nI would advise anyone to avoid Wickes.
Plants need a good water, most half dead. Staff chatting at till. Very dissapointed
Super helpful with our new gym opening!
