I spoke with John on the phone a day prior to going in store as I needed help making sure I had all the right parts for my dishwasher. It's situated in an awkward place and he made sure I would have every accessory and tool needed to get it set up properly. Went above and beyond. Dishwasher is up and running. Store itself was clean and easy to navigate. Lovely staff.
I am a DIY novice but I can't fault Wickes good quality merch and a very good and helpful driver thanks to all concerned.
Good Wickes store selling everything you should need for your home plus some garden items available. Lovely kitchen displays as you walk in with an abundance of paint and accessories. A lot of timber and trade materials and prices seem reasonable.
Shocking!nI booked an appointment for someone to come and quote for the products and installation of a new shower only to receive a call from their guy on the day of the appointment to explain that they don't quote for installation for just shower units. The guy Nic constantly spoke over me, couldn't get a word in edgeways to discuss what we were actually after either!nWaiting almost 2 weeks for this appointment to be told on the same day that they couldnt provide what we wanted!!nNot going to be going there for the new kitchen now.
Purchased my kitchen yesterday, our design consultant Richard was excellent from start to finish. Quick and easy process, very professional. And the price cannot be beat.
