I was helped today with my purchase by a young gentleman who was knowledgeable, professional & polite. Thank you Wickes for employing this person. He also helped 2 other customers who asked for his assistance as he was helping me.
Had a kitchen measurement and the a new kitchen was ordered to fit for us to be delivered. When it arrived, would found the design didn’t fit our kitchen area. We had to move things around to make it fit in and had things left over. We got a refund on 2 worktops after 2 weeks but the other things were thrown away. Our installer was blamed but it actually took him 2 extra days to finish the job which cost us money. Not a great experience.
When to take a kitchen unit back that I over ordered in shop ,told it couldn't be returned back in store as it is not stocked ,girl did phone up to arrange collection and said they would email me still waiting for a email never mind collect after 14 days think they must be waiting till the 30 days are up so then can't return
Got what I needed and out in no time. Very quiet time of the day to shop. Checkout staff were great.
Visited here to get teak oil for my garden furniture, which I knew I'd be able to get here with the wide range of affordable products. Staff always friendly and helpful
