This is a lovely modern store. With a very nice kitchen and bathroom range. It’s slightly smaller than the nearby Homebase. The car park is small! You can often feel like your not gonna get a space here to park
Our design consultant, Nick never kept to his agreed appointment on Sunday, first saying they don’t do weekend appointments and Only video calls at weekends. We sat waiting for the video call, which never materialised. Poor experience At the Newmarket branch.nWe’ve had to ring Customer Service Paul Who has been very helpful and rearranged The appointment it to a different store.
Decent store for all your DIY and building needs. Looks to have pretty much everything you'd also find in B&Q and Homebase. Nice bright, modern shop, reasonable prices, large selection of goods, decent customer service. Will use again in future.
Bowed timber, already been cut, wrong sized screws, timbers too short and no response from them.nnI am shocked at how poorly this wickes is run, arguably I wasn’t expecting too much but this is pathetic.nnI’m owed about £500 from them and have had to go to the bank because they can’t be bothered to respond.
Lovely place staff is very helpfull , very up to service love to go here also they have the stuff that it's a bit more of a high end so expect a bit more price than other places
