Ok range of DIY products. Doesn’t always have the best range of straight timber materials for projects.

Click and collect a waste of time. Sat in the car park for ages before I gave up and went in the store myself, staff all just sitting around the tills talking to each other

Our first visit to this branch since it's opening. It's great to see this popular store back in long Eaton. We couldn't initially find what we were looking for but once we got help from the staff the service was outstanding. Chris the manager looked after us, found us a great deal & even carried the heavy box out to our car. Many thanks, we'll definitely be returning. One of the best retail experiences in a long time. Well stocked and large shop. Plenty of parking.

What a brilliant shop! We were looking to replace our old kitchen drawers on our narrowboat. Chris, the manager, greeted us in the kitchen department. He took us straight to the product we needed, did a little discount as it was discontinued. Then he rang it straight through at the till and carried it out to the car. Absolutely superb service... Many Thanks!!!
