We visited Wickes in Rushden today and was served by Sophie. She was absolutely amazing, taking the time to help us with our enquiry and ensuring everything was dealt with thoroughly and professionally. Nothing felt rushed, and her customer service was outstanding. Sophie is a real credit to the team, and we are very grateful for all her help. Thank you
I live nearer the Bedford Wickes but choose to go to this one. The place always is better stocked and the layout is good. Helpful staff too.
I’m extremely disappointed with the service. We booked an appointment for a double bathroom design visit after already spending time in-store creating a rough layout for each bathroom. We wanted to be sure everything would work properly before committing and spending a lot of money, so the home visit was an important part of the process.nnHowever, the appointment was cancelled just a hour before, despite booking this over a month ago. No reasonable explanation other than a different designer had been booked for the appointment and no appreciation for the fact that we’d already invested time in the design process with Wicks.nnVERY unprofessional and completely unreliable.nnIf this is how the process starts, I’d hate to imagine what the rest of the experience would be like. Definitely not the level of service you’d expect when planning a major renovation. Not impressed at all. Will take my money elsewhere.
What would I do without Wickes!!! They have everything you need, very helpful and friendly staff too. It’s a big place too
