The staff were super helpful. When I asked them to lift some rocks for me that I couldn’t lift they immediately got me a member of staff to help. Lee was super helpful and made sure I got the right product that I’ve was looking for and made the children at my nursery’s day as we were doing rock painting for Rotherham rocks! Thank you xoxo

Went to wickes to see if they would change our kitchen design as we had wanted to add and remove certain items which would have made it cheaper for us. When explained this to the salesman his attitude changed and didn't want to help us. We also asked to compare various ranges which he said he could not do as the other option would be a lot cheaper. 
He then changed into dodgy car salesman insisting we must tell him what we want to spend. As you can imagine we didn't buy one from this fool and purchased from another competitor. So advise to all, NEVER TRUST A MAN IN A TANK TOP :(

Kerry was/ is the most helpful and thoughtful assistant that I have ever come across. Couldn't do enough to ensure that I got what I needed and at the lowest price. She is a credit to Wickes and an exemplary employee. First rate. Thank you Kerry, from an extremely satisfied customer today,

Good products and fair value but staff don't care at all.

Nice place easy to find the tools or parts you need. Parking for over 50 vehicles. And food avalible at reasonable prices. You could spend an hour easily walking around looking at there stock and helpful pamphlets. Register with them and you can get 10% off aswell.
