Awful shop.nnI had to buy several square meters of plywood. Their predatory pricing structure means that smaller sheets are twice the price per area than the larger ones, and they do not offer a cutting service.nnI decided to buy a saw and cut the pieces before loading them into my car. Ended up staying a whole 14 minutes over the 90 allowed and now need to pay £100 for the privilege.nnThe parking is awful. This is supposed to be a store where people can pick up items for their home, browse and take their time. Go elsewhere if you want to take time to decide. This place doesn't deserve your money. They could have had repeated custom, but no chance now.

I visited the store today to exchange one of my newly delivered kitchen units for another type. What could have been quite a complicated request, was made very easy by Mackin, design consultant, who thought outside the box to resolve the issue for me. Thank you..

Humiliated!! Called in today to look at kitchens and get advise. No staff present except guy dealing with someone else so continue looking while waiting. We were approached by a young guy who said I’ve been asked to see if you need help but in a way that made us so feel uncomfortable that we left. Went somewhere else where staff the was extremely friendly and helpfully, new kitchen getting fitted in New year.

Visited twice in the same day and got a £100 parking fine as a thankyou. Won't be risking a ticket off a faulty system in future that can't recognise multiple visits so my kitchen is now coming from another supplier, what an expensive mistake Wickes. Wickes £100 up then swiftly £16,000 down

Helpful staff and tidy store but....online it said they had what I wanted in reality they didn't.  Systems need looking at. Not good customers wasting time and money, for my experience the store may as well have been empty.
