Tuesday 5pm the place is devoid of any customers. I'm enquiring about floor tiles seen online they have 5 packs at a bargain price which ends today! The assistant I've asked to locate them doesn't have a clue where they are eventually asks a manager who locates one pack. At least I got to see them and now I've ordered 42 packs click and collect. Wickes has some great offers it's just such a soulless place. Music might help, assistants that know their stock and maybe someone running the place over 40 would instil a little confidence. Please employ some older people in the know it would so help your business.

Visted here 3 times over a week waiting for drainage fittings to come in. Was showing 3 in stock and none on the shelf.

I had rang beforehand to check they what I wanted in stock as my local branch didn't and their online stock check revealed what I wanted was here. An 82 mile round trip in Sunday traffic was a complete waste of time. Went to another supplier for all the items I needed for my bathroom conversion... Will not be using Wickes again and would not recommend as they have lousy stock control.

Kitchen units nearly all damaged, as were both worktops. Delivered two wrong items and completely missed the flooring even though the paperwork had a signature next to each item to say it was picked! 2 doors delivered by DX were fine?!?! Something wrong with the management / staff here I think. Oh and the cooker hood had a dent in it. Will never use wickes again. Poor.
