First time I've used this store. Passed it many times but never ventured inside til now. I liked the layout much better than my local branch in Chatham where everything is in a cage. This was a Much better store to navigate and find what I wanted. I was after a kitchen wall unit, I had a look online and chose one. The website told me the store had several.in stock. I could of used the click and collect service but I wanted to browse the store anyway. I bought a Dakota wall unit for garage storage. The quality is as I expected for the price. I would of liked something more substantial but what you pay is what you get. I don't think I would want now in my kitchen but it serves it's purpose well.

Do not buy anything from this store we had purchased a kitchen from them and have had a nightmare We paid for their installation service what a bunch of cowboys we was told that we would only be without cooking facilities for 2 days end up nearly 2 weeks same with washing up facilities. They left holes in the walls and tap that we are afraid to use because it's so loose that it swivels round every time we use it. The fitter took so long that the people fitting the work surfaces had to cancel the first appointment so we had to wait another 2 weeks for another appointment, fitted washing machine flooded the kitchen first time we used it. Had to be changed due to damage caused by fitter Cupboard doors have bowed and the fit is atrocious . Finally when my daughter opened one of the wall units the pellmet came away hitting here leaving a graze all down her chest. When I looked they had used 2 tiny blobs of superglue to stick it on! When I contacted the store did not want to know crappie product crappie service my advice is going somewhere else. This was the top of their range kitchen not some budget kitchen I hate the bloody thing now and wished I had never changed the old one Still waiting for electrical safety certificate too

SOLD US A KITCHEN WITH A BUNCH OF CLOWNS THAT FITTED IT. TILING WAS APPAULING HAD TO GET ANOTHER TILER TO DO THE WORK. THE OVEN THAT CAME WITH THE KITCHEN HAS AN ALARM THAT IS SO QUIET IT SOUND LIKE A STOPWATCH BEEP AND WHEN I SPOKE TO ZANUSSI AND WICKES THEY BOTH SAID "ITS NOT DESIGNED TO BE HEARD FROM ANOTHER ROOM". WHO STANDS IN FRONT OF AN OVEN WHEN U GOT OTHER HOUSE DUITES TO ATTEND TO I.E KIDS. SAFETY DOESNT SEEM TO BOTHER EITHER WICKES OR ZANUSSI SO I WILL BE TAKING LEGAL ACTION
