Bought some Metro Tiles ....Great price ....store was clean, lots of hand sanitizer.....did click and collect order....fast easy transaction.
Well laid out. Shelving not perfectly stocked and organised but OK. Clean mostly but did have to avoid some spilt dry goods from split sacks. Quick through till. Covid secure.

Dreadful service. Customer service is a joke. Avoid Wickes if possible. Chester branch incompetent and when failed to deliver an order blatantly lied. Shocking service in this day and age. Do not use
