The lady on the payment kiosk was very helpful, I had an issue with a voucher and my online order was left in limbo. She sorted it all out and arranged to have my order picked. Excellent customer service throughout, quick and effortless. Thank you
I have purchased 2 items using the click and collect and on both occasions each item had a fault. I suspect they repackage items for resale or reissue seconds. I would suggest some quality checks on products before they’re collected to regain customer confidence. B&Q & Screwfix products can be priced a little more expensive but the stores and items are better presented and stocked.
Must say this is my go to place the staff are very good friendly helpful and always willing to help the prices are same has b and q and I can always get what I want/need at a good price

Wickes car park has standard car sized spaces. A large proportion of users here have vans and trucks. Maybe it would be a good idea to enlarge the spaces? There are 4 wide loading spaces and that’s not enough.
Medium sized store, was low in stock On a lot of items when I visited. Good range and lots of free parking.
You can buy samples of laminate, refundable when you buy your laminate. What a great service. It's so much easier to make your decision when you can take a bit home and place in your room. Mine is for my kitchen so I can pick the best one that goes with my work top and units. 5
Everything for DIY, bit quiet than others, really helpful staff, not difficult to finding something, good on prices, specially paints are really high quality with moderate prices, I really recommend them
Awful customer service. The store manager was happy to take payment for the bathroom but from that moment on it was problem after problem. Certain parts of the order missing that were obviously needed and the staff were told we needed. Items such as the toilet bowl being scratched. Then having to wait up to 14 days for new items to be delivered. Tried contacting the customer service and their response time was the worst I have ever had. I will never be using wickes again after this experience.
