Went in to Wickes on husband’s orders to find a random piece of plumbing equipment. I’m the first to admit that I know absolutely nothing about plumbing. Ross was amazingly helpful and managed to find me the device I needed despite my complete lack of knowledge as to what I was actually talking about. He translated my random words and terrible explanation and managed to find the right size with a very educated guesstimate. Fits perfectly and seems to have done the job brilliantly. Thanks Ross!
Service was so bad it was comical. Ignored when I got to the till, the cashier mumbled something when I made my presence known. She then proceeded to start, and carry on a conversation with her colleague throughout the entire transaction. It was as if I was invisible. Think I'll just order home delivery next time - from someone other than Wickes.
I was really happy with the help I received from the staff there. I forgot my password for email alert to click and collect at store but the cashier was able to cancel my order on the spot and I purchased must needed lining paper and paste. Definitely recommend

Only came here to pick up an online order, but it seems well stocked and the staff member I encountered was polite and helpful. The only downside to this store is its location because the sole bus which serves this road is the 493, which has a terrible service. I wish it was located more centrally in Wimbledon.
