Lovely receptionists, doctors and nurses here. Special mention of Claire behind the front desk who helped shuffle appointments around to slot me in as she knew the appointment was important and that I was about to go on holiday. I had booked with a doctor when I needed to see a nurse so it was my mistake but she went above and beyond to help me rebook an appointment on the same day.

Despite being constantly busy, the nurses and doctors are always incredibly kind, helpful and understanding (to me and my two flat mates). Respect.

Not even worthy of one star! Most shittest most rudest people on the whole of the planet cannot believe the NHS employ rubbish staff like this! Lady I spoke to was Sophia I think!! She has an attitude problem from the start of the phone call!!! Please go and work with dead people as they're probably the only ones who can tolerate your tone of voice.

This is by far the worst gp in the borough, very unprofessional, always running late, and their receptionists are extremely rude . They are also very fond of cancelling important appointments and not putting through requests . Iv been with them for 23 years and the last 5years they've gone down hill thanks to their receptionists and time keeping . Iv decided to leave them now. What a shame .
