The staff are exceptional. The sales people just help as opposed to sell, delivery staff go that extra mile to make the difference. Prices are more than reasonable and l would recommend this company for anyone wanting quality goods at prices you can afford.
On the first arrival looks very interesting a very well stocked clean shop..... Lovely people that work there but extremely overprised .... We buy a lot of stuff all over the country for different places Store & auctions but Certainly can't touch These prices ..... Sadly won't be returning its not worth the drive up the valley at Such prices.......
What a disappointment!! We went there to buy a chest of drawers and found a pair of large ones. They were expensive for 2nd hand but we thought we will make an offer. The woman accepted our offer but we did have to pay cash as it was a deal so had to drive a couple miles to get the money out. As they were closing they said it was ok for us to take one set that day and then the other on the weekend. When we went on the weekend to collect the other set, the man said that we made the deal on the smaller one but we said we told the woman numerous times which pair we asked for and she accepted that. Because they wouldn’t accept this, we said we will bring the other back and have a refund because this was unprofessional. They made no effort to help resolve this issue. We brought the other drawers back and they gave us the refund which was £20 short. I went straight back in and they made a couple of excuses why this was wrong but did give the full money back. We had excuses that they lost their profits etc, but we made it clear which ones we wanted to buy and the woman who accepted our offer stated she helps manage it.
Fantastic service took my mother in law to buy a sofa she was worried about getting old one out as she in her 80s and we all work but the amazing staff and delivery boys took the old sofa out for her and brought in the new 1 in and placed it where she wanted it can not thank them enough highly recommend it was just a step above and beyond she very happy with her experience and new sofa
Good parking but on a slope, access is up a few steps. Lots of stock with helpful staff, well worth the visit.
