Terrible service. I bought two WH Smith branded stationary items that turned out to be the incorrect items. At the time I was in a hurry and when I did the check out in a self serve till the roll had run out so couldn't offer a receipt. I couldn't wait till the roll was replaced to give a receipt.When I asked for an exchange they would only do the exchange if I could remember the date and time and which self serve machine I used in the store. I have to say for items that cost under a tenner that is OTT as the items have WH Smith branding on them,so I am not likely to have bought them elsewhere. The items were intact and could have easily been exchanged, but WH Smith is not about making customer's lives easy. Won't be taking my custom there again. Online stationary providers are cheaper. so if I pay more at a store I expect my life to be made easier.

Great book store, childrens' books, adults' books. Even got cute little toys. Also got stationary!
