Tried to pay using contactless to be quick and as sanitary as possible. After selecting this option, multiple choices appear on the keypad not screen making choosing the quick option pointless. In these current times, forcing customers to press additional buttons is wrong!
Oh aye, its a gid shop! Great selection of cards for all occasions. Gifts and confectionery, plenty! An abundance of magazine and books to chose from and plenty of newspapers too. Some of the cards can be quite pricey depending on what yr looking for. Not forgetting the Post Office up the back of the shop. Aye, very good says me
Very busy place including. Post Office extremely wide range and selection on offer. Only 4 stars because one half of front doors have been out of commission for over a year! Not good.
Very poor service, they wouldn't accept my son's gift tokens, no reason given, just blamed their system and made it feel like it was our fault! The same cards worked fine in Waterstones across the road! One to avoid in Ayr
Besides being a post office it has a huge range of cards ie: birthday, thank you, congaratulations cards etc, magazines , newspapers ,stationery small gifts...too much to detail but a great shop for me
Great shop for buying stationery and some books. Also it has Post office and exchange. High street location makes it easily accessible while shopping for other stuff.
This shop is good. As they is lots off different things e.g. art things, books, cards. It's also good that the post office is in this shop.
Fairy small WH Smith with stationary upstairs. Don't think there's a lift for wheel chair users to go upstairs. Has got a small post office counter.
Just like every other WHSmith Nationwide, has just about anything you'll need in terms of gifts, books and stationary. Staff don't always seem to happy to help however, I wouldn't say they're very approachable.
The post office women were very helpful indeed as was the Wh Smith employee I had called earlier asking about times of opening
