Long wait for the post office but isn't there always? Overall nice stationary shop and they're ideally located in most high streets. Great for online returns!

WHSmith is ok.. quite busy.. messy.. the post office upstairs is ridiculous.. disgrace.. disaster.. staff are rude and the wait times are huge.. WHSmith saving grace for me review score is a wonderful lady that helped me find name candles for my daughter.. very polite and professional.. credit this score to her..

The only show in town for stationery supplies. Quite an impressive range, and there's a patchy offering of greeting cards and gifts. Lots of dusty corners of stuff no-one is buying makes you wonder how they survive on the high street. Stopping in for periodicals etc I expect is more of a religious rite for people of a certain age than a canny shopping choice. The prices are however shocking for the smallest of things and if at all possible I'd take a look then buy online at Amazon or anywhere else!

Great quality stationery, just a bit pricey. Their newsagents used to stock a good selection of magazines for black women- O by Oprah, Essence, Ebony, African woman, plus Pride (UK) but unfortunately, not anymore. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. Post office is so busy that queues can be long and self-service check-in...what was the point? You need a post office member to scan confirmation.

This store is a little bit messy but it generally has everything you would look for in a WHSmith. The post office upstairs is a little bit slow too. Other than that, it is a good store.
