For a shop that sells maths books, it would do them good to read them. Prices are listed wrong for multiple products. I bought a stationary set £3.99 and a pack of lead refills priced at around £1 and got charged around £8! Meanwhile, the staff there are always pleasant.

Online purchase delivered to store - poor service. Vague emails saying will be with you 'in 2-3 days'. Store couldn't tell me when their next delivery was due. All very stressful pre-Christmas. Won't use for online orders again.

Never had a problem with this store there all alike . You can get products cheers elsewhere but good shop and staff have always been helpful

WH Smith as usual is overpriced compared to other stores and especially compared to online retailers. But my main gripe is that the store had no Easter opening times on the door and could not find times online either. Useless.
