A very strong management very polite and helpful staff specially the manager she is a very good women. I worked with her she was very kind and respectful full.

Decent WHSmith, I can usually find what I want for a reasonable price. Their reference section is a bit small though - I couldn't find a Latin dictionary. Some of the staff could be friendlier.
