very nice shop just wanted to highlight an issue regarding the "young adult" section of books placed next to the children's section I recently brought two books by Sarah j Mass from the court of thrones and roses series and although her throne of glass series definitely belongs in the young adult category this series is definitly either new adult or just adult from the amount of graffic sex scenes. thought that it putting them in the young adult area might cause some confusion for the younger of that category.
Need some customer service, items are over priced especially when you can get cheaper on their online site
My son's favourite shop. I spend hours here with him! Friendly staff, good range of cards, stationery and books.
Very good friendly and helpful didn't have the book that I required but they have ordered it for me
Good but small WH Smith branch.
Bigger than it looks from the outside. Good selection of stationary, books and magazines.
If they dont have it in store you can order from their website and have it delivered to the store for free.
expensive would also help if they answerd the phone when folk are ringing up...disgusting service
It's only a small shop, but full of everything you would expect of WHSmith
