I popped into the Grantham store today to get a 19/20 diary for a friend. There didn't happen to be any on the shelf, so I asked Janice on the till if there were any left. She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect diary. A really lovely lady, who's kind and friendly face definitely brightened my day!

I love WHSmith as I love books and am a stationery addict! This is my all-time favourite shop and I go here around once every 2 weeks. The staff are lovely and it is an overall fantastic place to go.

Went to WH SMITH  Grantham Store on Monday 1st February to post a couple of parcels at the sending office. Haven’t been in for a long time. Place was well organised for Covid . Bit of a queue at about half past two, not a problem tho. Got to the counter and that’s where the niceties stop. There is an older looking lady with greyish hair who is very rude, I felt like I was at an army camp doing drill or bring in the head mistress’s office. Obviously no polite customer training given to her. Do I need to say more .

They don't allow dogs in store.  No sign to let you know or anything, and first time in 6 months of regular visits with my dog I got told about their ban.  But hey ho never mind, off to a different shop for my papers and books then.

Good place clean staff are knowledgeable and if they don't know what you're after they will look it up to see if I can get it in.

Only use the shop to get my newspaper. I use to get my son some stuff from the American food selection but now they don't stick it

Staff where really helpful and nice.  They had the product I wanted ... They even put it through self serve for me !!

Wish they would update people online and on Google about the recent COVID closure.
