Store is shut! It appears to have vanished.

I asked if the folders on the shelf were for office filing cabinets - the answer was “yes”. So I bought them opened them up when I arrived home .ready to finish off a much needed job during lock down . They were too small  . Now cannot take them back as the package has been opened

Staff member seemed very displeased that I had dared to ask about a free gift voucher that was only redeemable ar W H Smith on that particular day. I understand that you may have been asked 100 times, but if you work on a till, being friendly is part your job. As a company, W H Smith should stock more of the item that they are "giving away free" ...if you advertise it to sell papers then it should at least stock a reasonable amount. did anyone, excluding staff members, get one? This has happened too many times, I certainly won't use this store again.

Understaffed and what staff they do have are badly trained. Poor customer service.

This not they faul but the bank outside they shop give me fake note I ask  can they but note outside but I got laugh at I other half come in to the shop and they as looking at for me . Look I was not asking money I just asking to warn other use the bank machin

Friendly staff. Wide selection on pens, pencils, brush pens, cards and more

Good selection of magazines however the stationary has become far too expensive compared to other shops

It's very small and not a lot of choice
