I was served by Adrian, who was extremely helpful and very friendly, very professional and felt he needed a shout, as he was on his own and had a que. Pleasant and refreshing to be served by him.
I adore stationery. This store doesn't have a bad selection but the displays aren't very inviting. A bit dated perhaps. Also everything seems just a bit more expensive than elsewhere.
Bit small and cramped inside. Good choice but on the expensive side.
Went to look for children's books I like that they are grouped by age. My son is above average for reading so it made it easier to find books that are suitable for him
No staff available to ask questions regarding product information. Ended up leaving without making a purchase, shame really use to love going in Smiths.

Not a very big store everything on top of everything and there is never enough staff on the desks at the post office in there. Post office should never have been put in there
