Not a bad shop at all. Selling all of your stationery requirements, loads of books and more magazines than you can shake a stick at. Usual WH Smith basically, yet this is a bright, clean, tidy and easygoing branch that, so far, seems quite well looked after. They have manned human tills plus self service. Once again prices are a bit on the steep side for various items and that's why I can't give top marks, although everything they sell is of good quality.

Today Saturday 5th Nov went in to get paper Unfortunately no paper supplements but the girl who was on longish hair explained so nicely to people the problem .so helpful and polite and for a change v happy and pleasant .in many shops now asdistants don't give you time of day .she should be congratulated on her attitude lovely girl this was approx 10 am
One of the smaller W H Smith's but they have all the necessary stationery, school equipment and a good selection of new and popular paperbacks. Some nice greetings cards too. Just round the corner from the bus station and car park.
It is ok great selection of magazines, books and stationary but aisles are very narrow and sometimes hard to get a wheelchair around.
I found the shop good for shopping not cheap but good quality I just wish they would open earlier at this time of year
Small and rather cramped branch with a limited selection, but some decent offers. Good range of magazines.
Got 02 priorities something was for a pound theres 2 weeks left on the priority when i asked if there was any i got No so asked are you gettin any more in as theres 2 weeks on this offer Dont Know. Not helpfull or friendly staff.
The young chap at the store in arrivals terminal 1 could not have been more helpful. Top marks for staff.
Pleasent lad on till, very polite abd chatty, found what was looking for although Clevelys is not as big as other stores if your wanting more choice
