I placed an order with them in December. They couldn't manufactur the sofa how I wanted so I asked for a refund in March and have been chasing them since. Its extremely difficult to get a response and once a response is rescieveed my refund is being processed that same day. I've heard this at least 7 times and still no refund. Service is absolutely shocking.
