I'm from Ukraine. On December 5, she came with a request to change her family doctor. when I didn’t understand what they were saying at the reception, I turned on the translator, to which the woman refused to speak and rolled her eyes. she didn't care at all. I was left without a doctor and help! if you die this girl from the reception will not care
The receptionist are very rude and the doctors had not referred me to a specialist at the first time. After waiting a few months and paid for a new appointment then I was referring to a specialist in hospital. If you are foreign avoid them.
Wow!! This is my now 3rd occasion having an awful experience with the receptionist s in the medical centre. My poor mam is so sick and waiting for a call from the dr 48 hours has past weve heard nothing.so I call back.the lady on the phone was so ruid telling me I dont no wen shell get a call and because i was upset about it she said do u want to move to another practice. I've had also 2 other occation s trying to book my baby in with the dr were they talk to you like you owe them.somethig. its appoling it's such a shame.on the dr s an nurse s in ther because it make.s the hole practice look so bad I really am going to go further about the way it s being ran as it's unfair on the public and the dr s that so a good job in there. Shame on them people should be able to call there dr an feel like there not being judged
Love the Doctors and nurses. Nurse Lilah is amazing. She is so compassionate and caring. The receptionists however, can be rude. Some days I have avoided calling because they're on power trips and are so rude over the phone. Many times they greet and talk to you with such a fake smile. Other than that, I would highly recommend this surgery because it's the doctors that oversee the people.
I have had many problems with this practise since moving there. Today the doctor I seen at 10.10 told me that she would call me at lunch time to discuss my problem more. I never got the call so I rang them at 3 to find out why. Had to ring 8 times before getting an answer. The receptionist always uses the rudest tone on the phone when I call. Then when I went to the pharmacy, which I have to get a bus to, they tell me the doctor never sent my prescription. I rang back and asked when I will be getting the call and my prescription sent out and was told when the doctor gets off her phonecall. I waited a half hour and rang back. I was told she is still on the phone. I have now been hanging around outiside the pharmacy for over an hour and have called back to be told that she is still on the phone which makes no sense. It is now been 6 hours since my appointment this morning and my prescription still has not been sent to the pharmacy and the practise closes in 30 minutes. This is absolutely ridiculous carry on. Another time I was referred for a scan that I had to wait 3 months to get only to find out I was referred for the wrong type of scan. My problem was my bladder and I was sent for a scan of my muscle tissues.
Very good GP. Very professional doctors and nurses. Great with kids, answer every call and callback if needed especially for any concerns or consaltation you might have. Very friendly doctors and nurse and environment and easy to get an app. Highly recommended. But no walk in services, apps only.
All four doctors in this medical center are excellent. And very personable which is a plus!.
Excellent practice. Dr. Martin and Dr. MagFhearraigh are both excellent. Approachable and professional. Support staff are also nice to deal with.
Had a medical emergency and was refused by the nurse on the reception. Wouldn’t recommend
Very helpful and friendly. I felt like the doctor really listened and wanted to help me as much as possible. Highly recommend!
