So happy to have a post office in our town, such lovely staff there now, wasn't always like that! Yes it’s busy, but the ladies who are there now do a fabulous job and are always happy and courteous, always go above and beyond. It’s great they now have forms outside so I don’t have to queue for them.keep up the good work.
Gets very busy during the day with queues 40min+ due to limited staff available to serve the clients. Once you get your queue service is frendly and really helpful. Because located inside Nisa shop, parking gets busy too. Disabled parking available and ground floor access.
Lying, untrained and terrible attitude, particularly on the "staff" member who served my partner and then myself. Lied to my partner and swore at her then told me a completely different story. Made a formal complaint to Royal Mail.
Great friendly staff always going out of their way to make sure I send my items correctly. Always welcoming when I go in.
As usual a massive queue and apparently they have an additional machine but as they have ‘coped’ during this period they are not increasing the staff…. Bring your deck chairs and a flask as it will only get worse during Christmas period!!
If you know that lunch time is your busiest time, maybe choose a different time to have only 1 person serving whilst the other does paperwork?! Lady was rude. No please, no thank you and couldn’t even be bothered to hand me the receipt, instead chucking it at the counter. Not the first negative visit either!
Cheeky post woman- I could've sent a small parcel for as cheap as 5£, she gave me the only option - a next day 1pm special delivery service. I am very disappointed. Session ID 1-327629
Three times I have got to the post office at 5.25pm on way home from work for it to be closed already, why have opening hours till 5.30pm if not open till 5.30pm
Never open past 530pm advertising until 8pm. Post office Web site states open Sunday...again not open. Waste of time.
No problems with staff or Service. Use this Post office 3 or 4 times a week. Always helpful and efficient.
