The staff at Whittington, Cardiff were so helpful. They ordered the flowers we requested and gave us suggestions on how to display the pampas grass we wanted. Our flower arranger Marilyn Thompson worked with the manager to arrange the correct amount of flowers needed. They were all so kind and it helped to make my daughters day so special.
Nice products but staff always treat me & my family differently to other customers. My sister caught staff staring at the cameras while we were browsing, while we were the only customers shopping alone. Previously, they’ve been quite standoffish when serving my mum. Shame as it’s in a very diverse area & really like the store but clearly staff don’t like anyone of different races shopping there.
An excellent choice of quality fresh and artificial flowers as well as a huge range of accessories, all at good prices. Highly recommended.
The staff here are all so helpful, nothing us too much trouble for them; when we order flowers we are always informed of difficulties or alternatives: highly recommended it’s great to know what price you are going to pay too, nothing worse than having to ask for every price on flowers you require from stock! Gary and the team are so lovely and we wouldn’t go anywhere else! Thank you Team Whitts Cardiff

Very unhappy with the woman on the counter this afternoon.very rude terrible attitude. Just lost my mother and only wanted some help about making my own flowers for her funural.she jumped right down my throat soon as i asked her a question.woulf never set foot in there again.
