My disabled elderly mother recently bought a glass teapot that had a flaw in it.  She does not live locally and was unable to return it.  The manager Heidi made a special trip to Mum’s house to bring her a new one.  Now that is exceptional customer service.

Closed on a weekday afternoon.

Amazingly friendly staff and lovely products.
