Beautiful and colourful little shop. Absolutely love their teas and hot chocolates and you can actually try some in store. There is always some promo for their products and although a bit expensive, the taste is worth it.
Lovely shop, clean, well presented, we had a smiley blonde lady serve me and my partner was friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about her job and made me feel right at home, she advised me on the different teas and kindly made me a few to try. I wish id got her name as she provided such a good experience. I left with two teas. If it wasnt for her service i probably wouldnt have bought anything!. She was great at her role! And I really felt like id treated myself with the teas i bought they are great!

Good choice of usual goods, can't buy some individually to enable their offers. Always have a few drinks available for you to test. Some nice gift packages in store too. Just to advise that you can't use a blue light card in this store.
Vast range of teas, hot chocolates and coffees of high quality and fair prices, Extremely kind, knowledgeable and helpful staff, Would definitely recommend visiting to those interested.
Whittard's has always been a favourite shop, and it is getting harder to find branches. Here you will find a gem of a shop, immediately on entering the shop has great merchandising, we were drawn immediately to the Alice in Wonderland pottery sets. With helpful friendly staff on hand to guide us it didn't take long before we had purchased cups and a tea pot. Nikki assisted us at the til and was so engaging and helpful a real asset to the shopping experience. Thank you so much to the whole team for their help and humour, and yes Whittards tea tastes better in a china cup!
Friendly welcome from staff as soon as I entered the store. They were attentive without being pushy. It’s great that you can try samples of hot chocolate and tea. Definitely my favourite shop on Cheshire Oaks.
Despite the large crowds yesterday, staff were pleasant, offered tasters, and were able to quickly answer the allergy questions we had. The lose a star due to there being products that can only be purchased in multiples rather than individually - very odd.
We love the tea from here and it’s a bargain compared the other stores. Helpful staff and delicious tea. The little tasters they do are great such a good way of being able to try before you buy. I tried the white hot chocolate and the normal hot chocolate bath delicious. They had some tea tasters too and I think they do coffee but the I always go for the hot chocolates. I have tried some of the tea and I’ve got to say Pink lemonade and cranberry & raspberry are my favourites so far. I highly recommend trying the toffee popcorn hot chocolate too it’s amazing!
Love my tea's and great choices to pick from , like the fact plenty of products can be tasted. Staff warm and welcoming like the tea
