The receptionist Louise is quite the rudest, self opinionated, aggressive receptionist I have ever come across.   I have now visited another practice where I was greeted with a smile and courtesy and assistance.

Having  had treatment today I can only say a massive thank you for the kind, caring and friendly way I was treated. I am a very nervous patient but with the help of John and the lovely girls I got through it. Would highly recommend this practice, will not go anywhere else.
