Great place for reading books, audio books, and meeting rooms.

Staff at Whitley Bay Library are the best. Library is always clean. Plenty medicated wipes at all tables. Toilets are clean. Library always has a new arrivals shelves upstairs. To conform to EEC regulations when the building opened in 2012 there were new innovative changes.  Visited on a pre Stormy forecast day due to Storm Eunice due and Library was extremely quiet. Pre ordered The Remains of the Day, by a Japanese author. Staff very helpful. Have watched the film over the years but now ready to read the novel. Can't imagine that before WW2 Stately homes ever existed to cater for one single Lord.

Staff very helpful and were very nice about the book Hannah the cat shredded

Lovely library lots of books and quite fit reading and learning.

Booked a room for interview and there were no problems. All as it should be.
