If you want to get your expensive leather jacket cleaned PLEASE DONT! I brought my dads expensive leather jacket to them. The lady was kind and said it wouldnt be a problem and it would take only two weeks to clean.  Two weeks passed and I never received a call. Finally after four weeks I called to see whether it was ready for collection, and without hesitation it was ready to collect. Strange, if it was ready then why didn't they call me??? Anyways, I went there the next day only to find that it was in a worse condition, covered in discoloured patches and stains - it still smelled of my dad as well so was it even cleaned?!  Now dont get me wrong, I was really upset. Not only does this jacket mean a lot to me but when I questioned her upon collection, why the jacket was in such a horrible state she simply said that this is how it came out - because it's leather ???  FOR REAL? If you knew you were going to ruin it why didn't you tell me before I asked for your services?  I am very upset and disappointed. I don't want to ruin this persons busiess but I want to warn everyone who wants to dry clean their clothes there. Be careful and don't waste your money, don't go there unless you have absolutely no other choice, just know what you're getting yourself into. Dishonesty and completely ruined something that had so much sentimental value. Extremely Disappointed.

Do Not Use! They are NOT specialists and do not adhere to the care instructions. Ruined £1000 cashmere jacket claimed they washed it is water as they don't use the correct chemicals even though the care label clearly said dryclean only! Shocking non response from them after 3 weeks of trying to contact they sent an email saying they had washed it and that was an end to it. Currently seeking legal recourse. Avoid Avoid Avoid!

I cannot understand the comments about rude staff. The lady I spoke to was helpful and chatty. A perfectly OK  dry clean too.
