Visitor centre is in a good location And a great base to explore the windfarm, whether that is on foot or on bike. The cafe is OK, there is not much hot food offerings, really feel like they are missing a trick here. Also limited outdoor seating however they have a large mostly empty decking area. The windfarm is great for a walk, make sure to ask the j for desk for a nap.
Great place to walk the dogs. Plenty of parking. The visitor center is educational and interesting with a nice little cafe looking out over the wind farm. Keep in mind this place has its own weather system it was very well placed.
Really enjoyed our visit. Beautiful visitors centre. Lots of parking. We took the dog and walked for miles around the windmills. If you enjoy walking then this place is amazing.
Great place for a walk, different length trails for beginners and advanced etc. cafe is pretty decent for a small bite to eat
Do you like an outdoor walk? You’ve got to try here. Such lovely paths with lots to see & do. The coffee shop serves great coffee & cakes which very priced very reasonably too.
Lovely place to visit, went when it was very cold, very windy and walking past the windmills made it more windy, so if you do go during the cold season bundle up because it is cold. Lots of windmills to see!
Great location. Staff are all very friendly and welcome everyone. Plenty walks and bike trails.
Great place to walk and walk or cycle. Plenty of routes to choose from. Also the option to take the electric bus tour from the centre. Café is a good place to stop and catch a bite while enjoying the view. Get there early on a good day or parking can be tricky.
Great walks, great view, lovely bite to eat at the Visitors Cafe. Will be a regular visit for walking. My daughter even enjoyed the walk and seeing the wind turbines. The visitor centre not fully open but cafe and toilet facilities are available and all very clean.
Excellent place, cafe, toilets and lots of open space for walking and cycling. Recommend as a good day out and will visit again. Also has several electric car and solar charging points.
