I would highly recommend White Orchid Bridal the whole experience was amazing  Abbey was fantastic she is so lovely and patient and really made me feel at ease with the whole dress search. After going to a number of other shops it really put me off the whole experience but after going to White Orchid Bridal completely changed my mind.  Abbey helped me find my beautiful dream dress! I absolutely love it and can’t wait to wear it next year I enjoyed both my appointments with Abbey the first one was with my Maid of Honour and one of my Bridesmaids and then I went again with my Parents when they came to visit and they all commented how helpful and kind Abbey was and made the whole experience very enjoyable    The shop itself is gorgeous with beautiful chandeliers hanging from the ceiling and a really welcoming feel with so many stunning dresses to choose from  you certainly won’t be disappointed!

WOW, what an experience. I was so anxious about going dress shopping but Abbey was brilliant. She understood my likes and dislikes straight away and picked out some amazing dresses to compliment my shape. I said yes to the dress and felt spoilt rotten. Cannot wait to go back when my dress is back! Highly recommend.

Myself and my Mum had such a wonderful, special experience today browsing for my wedding dress. Abbey was amazing, knew her stuff, had a real eye for what I was looking for and made fantastic suggestions. I actually found the perfect dress today and said yes to the dress! White Orchid have been AMAZING from start to finish. I found my dream dress pre covid after a wonderful day trying on nearly every dress in store. I could have bought 100 of the dresses because every one of them is so beautiful and unique. After choosing my dream dress we then had to postpone my wedding 6 times. In the lead up to finally having the big day I came in to store every week for a month to try on the dress, buy a veil, practise walking in my wedding shoes …! Lauren assisted us every time and was just phenomenal. So kind and friendly and wanted to help us in every way she could. I felt so at ease every time I visited and the team did all they could to make us feel welcome. It was a wonderful experience and I would recommend every bride to be in wales to visit white orchid- you will not be disappointed !!

My daughter bought her dress here for her wedding in October. We had a wonderful time choosing her dress in a friendly relaxed professional atmosphere. What a wonderful experience finding my wedding dress at White Orchid! The atmosphere was very relaxed and I was able to browse the beautiful dresses with the help of the lovely Abbey. There was a wide range of styles to choose from, and I was thrilled with the one I chose. I’m so excited to go back once my dress arrives!

Great service from both white orchid bridal and crush mens outfitters. Nothing was too much trouble even up to a few days before the  big day when a member of the grooms party needed amending. Always just a phone call or a message away. Mark was fantastic through out. Dealing with a bride in a pandemic is not the easiest thing to do but he had the patience   of a Saint. Thank you. White Orchid has some of the most beautiful dresses I have ever seen.... your almost certain to find the dress of your dreams.

I had an excellent experience in finding my dress with Abbey. After visiting quite a few bridal shops recently Abbey picked out my perfect dress. It was not what I envisaged and not the style I said I thought would suit me. She knew straight away what would look good on me but went with my request in initially picking out the dresses I thought I wanted. Looking forward to popping back to show my bridesmaids . I honestly can’t recommend White Orchid Bridal enough! Abbey is so professional, helpful and kind, she made the whole experience effortless and after trying on just a couple of dresses, knew exactly what I wanted and found me the most perfect dress that I probably would never have picked out! I can’t thank her enough! She also went above and beyond with all the other small details-it was exactly the experience you imagine/would hope for! X
