Awful do not recommend ever. Receptionist are very rude and not helpful in anyway. The swimming instructor is fantastic. Unfortunately the receptionists let's it down, children are able to change lessons when they want. So the first 6 weeks there only 3-4 children and week 7 theres 7 children. Then the children has to do everything in week 1 again to see what the new children can do, if you ask any questions you get a very bad response and its not the first time. The pool is freezing and you dont always get your 30 minutes. When the 10 weeks are up I will never be returning with my two children ever. I recommend sending staff on a customer service training course.

Had a lovely swim today. Staff were friendly at reception and the cleaner held the doors open for me, the changing rooms were clean and not a sign of a plaster on the bottom of the pool. Well done White Oak Team!

Absolutely awful place went there entrance looks like a classroom receptionist was unhelpful changing rooms were about as clean as my dirty laundry the cubicles were too small and half of them don’t even have functioning doors my bag kept falling off the bench poolside was about as clean as a sewage pipe the shower drain is rank and to top it all off the lifeguards kept splashing me with water from their hose as I tried to get changed. No one ever go there let’s drive them out of business

SENCIO FITNESS - i will highly recommend people to avoid this place. The most awful customer service ever experienced. Loyal customers are treated like nothing. No professionalism in any of the staff here. Many complaints have been made prior to this but nothing has ever been taken into consideration. Lose of customers every week and theyre all blind to see why!!

Very poor staff and service - good facilities if you could use them. Went there on a Friday morning and told we had to wait nearly 40 minutes to use the pool. - the water slide was not going to open until 4pm! When we got to the pool the first life guard said that they were waiting for more people to come in before we could use the diving area. The second life guard just shrugged her shoulders and said it would not be opening today. While we were waiting for the pool to open we sat in the cafe while 3 of them sat at the deep end of the pool just waiting so there was not a shortage of staff just enthusiasm. I was going to complain on the way out - we did not stay long as there was no point if you couldn't use the facilities - but there was nobody at the desk on leaving. It was a real shame as the facilities looked good but the staff clearly could not be bothered and the information was appalling. I won't bother to go back.
