It's a simple site. But very good. Lovely grass site with a few trees dotted around. In the middle of lovely hills and the local town is posh. The toilets and showers are very clean. The little kitchen including microwave and kettle is great. There owners are very nice and friendly too.  I wish all campsites were like this

Very reasonable prices, toilets and showers really quite spectacularly clean. Also liked the separate camping area for hikers... no more lying in my sleeping bag wondering when someone's going to reverse their car over me!

Quiet campsite and the only one I've ever visited where there's a fridge, microwave and electric kettle in the wash-up area, so didn't need to fire up the camping stove for tea! Showers and toilets are checked and cleaned regularly. A well kept and pleasant site.

Enjoyed 4 hot sunny days camping (in a lightweight tent) on the rally field at this very pleasant, quiet Camping and Caravanning Club Certificated Site last weekend in the company of my friends in the Association of Lightweight Campers. 

The three showers and the washing up sinks have very hot water and the toilet facilities are adequate and clean. There were two parties of young people doing their Duke of Edinburgh Bronze award while we were there. They were reasonably quiet and did not disturb us.

The dozens of red kites frequently seen flying low above the site are an added bonus.

The camp site is half a mile from Watlington centre which has 3 pubs with varying menus and prices. Also, as well as a Co-op shop and bank, there is a very good deli with a cafe attached - the organic bacon sandwiches are excellent! 
Bus T1 to Oxford runs hourly from outside the library in the town centre. Journey takes about 50 minutes.

Nice site, not far from town, good walking routes, excellent showers. Some good local pubs.
