Lovely food, something for everyone. However, the calamari was incredibly salty. Halloumi fries were delicious. Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible parking and entrance. There is also a garden area which is accessible.
Very nice pub in Brasted which is a great area. We were recommended this pub as it was close to Westerham Golf Club. A group of 12 of us were eating and in over 4 hours only offered 3 drinks. The food itself I have to say was lovely, so hats off to the chef. The final straw for us was it was a Friday evening and I asked to buy a round of drinks for the table at 2230, only to be declined due to the final table settling their bill and they wanted to close. Not sure the owners would be best pleased. I’d avoid and go elsewhere.
Delightful waitress who coped With 4 geriatrics exceedingly well and was able to join in the repartee. She was also very efficient. Efficient service from trained people. Lovely ambience- loved the pictures- food very well presented with a range of choices previously and very well cooked . We appreciated that we were given time to select as well as chat when the meal was completed. Nobody hassled us.The prices were comparable to elsewhere but everything was of a higher standard. Although we were not exactly in a rush. The service was very very slow, to the point that we had to keep getting up to request our table clearing and going to the ba to get drinks. As we were two families it was nice to just sit and chat. Hence the still high rating. The food was very good and came out fairly quickly after eventually ordering.
Fantastic lunch with family!great food and service. Special mention to our lovely waiter Danny who was very attentive and provided fantastic service!! We were a large group and couldn’t do enough for us. Will definitely be returning. Thank you Kid-friendliness: We were a large party and had 8 children with us 6 of which were 5 and under and they were very accommodating.
We were recommended by a friend but unfortunately the service wasn’t particularly good. We waited quite some time for drinks to be ordered and delivered to the table, the food was good and fast but no cutlery and had to ask for condiments too. It wasn’t busy so not sure why the service wasn’t good. Also plates were left and not cleared from most tables including ours. We didn’t have desert as it took too long to find someone to order.
I really enjoyed coming here for our Christmas work celebration. There were quite a few of us, the food was fantastic, service, well the staff were on the ball and brought the food out, hot and very, very edible, so tasty and decent plate of great food. Bar staff are nice too. So definitely want to come again, next time I will try the al a carte menu as it looked amazing.
I was totally shocked last night for my birthday meal with my family. When we arrived we were waiting for the rest of my guests. We were greeted pleasantly and ordered a drink as my guests arrived drinks were ordered. We were given the menus on arrival. We were there close to 45 minutes when we were ready to order. It was only then the waiter informed use that they didn'the have a meat order so there was no meat at all on offer!. No steaks at all; no lamb. In fact very little on offer about half the menu. There was at least 4 of us came there for fillet steaks. I was shocked that they never told us on arrival or at least when we were all sat down? 3 of my party reluctantly ordered the belly pork which was available on the menu 2 of my party had to send it back as it was just all fat!? We have had this before here and it was very good indeed. I have been here several times before so I was completely shocked by this. We did get a discount on our bill but up until asking for the bill we were not offered a dessert or basically any further service. Sorry White Hart I don't think I will be hurrying back.Pat Moore Bexley
The staff did a great job bearing in mind it was Christmas Day. The service was very good and the food very acceptable. The White Hart is in need of a face lift. The outside is shabby. Rotten wood in window frames with paint peeling off. The scaffolding has been there for months without any sign of anything being done. Inside it looks tired and some of the furniture definitely seen better days Kid-friendliness: Very helpful with baby chairs etc
