We have a miniature poodle with special needs and we wanted to find a sympathetic vet who would understand what she needed and not be fazed at her issues. Louise was superb at understanding what was required and was very intuitive. She was warm and very friendly and easy to chat to. She made a great fuss of our dog which Rosie loved. The receptionist Trish was also superb. Everyone makes a fuss of every dog that comes in to them. The building is first class and very, very clean. I feel we have found the vet who we can trust with our little girl's needs and they will have her best interests at heart. Thank you Louise and Trish for a very favourable first visit.

First time visiting this vets today with our dog Gizmo and the staff were lovely and friendly. I would recommend it to anyone.

.... Second visit today 25/04/18 for Gizmo's dental work and I can't thank every member of staff in this surgery enough. They took the worry out of it all and treated him so well Really glad we chose here ☺️

We visited White Cross with our beagle Bob after being unhappy with our previous vet.  From the beginning Archie was amazing.  We now have a dog who cannot be compared to himself 6 months ago.  He's like a puppy again.  Archie has quite literally saved his life and given him a pain free future.  Couldn't recommend Archie and the staff highly enough.  Amazing people who genuinely care.

Would just like to say how happy I was with the treatments we received from white cross.After visiting with our whippet for her dental ,the nurses ,receptionist and especially the vets Louise and Archie ,what great service ,informative ,approachable and so easy to talk to , made us feel very happy and relaxed about her opp ,we came to white cross from our usual vets for a second opinion ,but after meeting the staff and chatting about what's best for our dog ,we decided to go ahead with the treatment and at less than half the price we were quoted at the other practice .Just want to say would highly recommend them ,top practice ,top people ,wish we would of found them years ago ,many thanks to everyone ,your good work is appreciated ,Mr + Mrs Moran and of course (Maisey) x.

I am at present still going to White cross vets, after having one ferret castrated ,just over 2 weeks ago, I am now going through the same process with my other ferret .and I can honestly say that all the staff, and especially Archie the vet, have been fantastic. Archie has been also very helpful, and all are very friendly. I would ( and will ) defiantly recommend this vet to my friends.
