Appalling company to deal with, MBO that really do not understand customer service and their only interest is in increasing the value of the company in order to sell. Trying to do too many things quickly but nothing very well too fast. A company with an identity issue.

Terrible experience, We use royal mail for our parcels and large letter mail, and whistl offered us a competitive price in comparison to what royal mail were currently offering. However we experienced many issues. Our account manager was helpful and tried to resolve our queries, but the driver who collected our mail was ridiculous. He was always in a hurry, while we brought the mail bags out. This was only the tip of the iceberg, because We started getting charged differently from what we were quoted, and its our accountant that spotted it, otherwise we would have been bankrupt if we kept on pay the excess charges. We had to switch back to Royal Mail, seriously not worth the Hassle. I would avoid.
