Whiptail Cycles is a local shop who specialises in high quality services and repairs for cycles old and new. The business is run by the Jackson family and welcome anyone calling in for advice or to purchase our wide range of accessories. We are located opposite Northumberland Park on King Edward Road with plenty of on street parking.

Got my bike repaired here yesterday. Everything was done to an excellent level. If at 0800 in the morning there is already a queue of customers, this says a lot. Definitely recommend this guys.

Fantastic service. Knowledgable staff who have always been on hand and willing to spend time giving me advice about my bike and cycling. Absolute lifesavers fixing and servicing my bike just before my Ironman. And it was at a really good price! I won’t go anywhere else for future servicing and fixes.

Awesome service, booked my bike in after a disaster using another company. Made a mid week appointment and due to work hours there was no problem dropping my bike in one weekend and collecting the next. What a great shop! Outstanding service; genuinely nice people who will look after your bike, whether it's a super expensive carbon fibre job, or a child's runabout with a puncture. They tell you exactly when the bike will be ready and call you when it is, no delays ever in my 5 years of experience with Whiptail. They've also never tried to up-sell: brake pads, tyres etc... if it's still good they'll tell you. Keep up the great work!
