Every time I look it’s empty it used to be free . The streets to the north of the car park are blocked the junctions are congested local residents can’t park. The charging has ruined the village shopping centre it should be free . Most people wanting used the shops are Gateshead residents pay council tax max stay 4hours no good for staff
