Thank you so much to Chris for the assistance with our big food order. We had picnic in the park and everything went really well and sandwiches were delicious! All our guests and kids enjoyed it very much! Packaging was really sturdy and nice and the delivery guy, Muhammad, was very helpful. Compliments to the Chefs and all your Team! Well done! Definitely will order again from you guys!
Saturday, 28 September 2024. The staff member who served me couldn’t speak English so it was very difficult to order. I wanted sweet potato fries, but I had to have normal fries due to the language barrier. The staff aren’t that polite either. Rather than asking me to pay £15.45 for a sandwich, fries and drink, he just pointed to the card reader in a very assertive way.
Waste of time/false advertising ! We called to get a meal deal on our first and last visit to this chain. They advertise any sandwich with any side and ANY drinks for £4 extra. We were told that the advertised deal had changed and a can of beer or milkshake were not included, even though it clearly advertises ANY drink. The staff would not honour this, so we left without purchase. Don't advertise something if you don't serve it. Disgraceful.
It’s a good spot for a quick bite. I had the Philly cheesesteak and sweet potato fries. The food is just ok, but it’s served quickly and it’s reasonably priced compared to other restaurants in the area. They don’t accept cash. Edit: I want to mention that the service was excellent. The man who took my order was kind, funny, and said goodbye to me by name, which I really appreciated!
Came and ordered Philly sandwich with manager Ian who was very knowledgeable, it was double roasted in the oven and tasted just fab. Peanut butter milkshake mixed with Oreo was even better. Well recommended as prices are balanced just okay compared to the west end prices.Food: 5/5
Popped by for lunch, we had the regular Salt Beef and Big Italian Meatball Sandwiches with some sweet potato fries on the side. We walked in and were greeted by a very friendly employee who explained the ordering process to us. The sandwiches and fries were really delicious. The air conditioning in the restaurant was also really lovely in the heat. Really great concept with good execution. Would love if ice was also kept in the restaurant to have with drinks.
Amazing sandwich joint staff were super helpful and the sandwich was fresh and had so many options! Fair pricing as well! Please open one in Scotland!!
It was a very disappointing experience. We ordered the shrimp po boy and garlic chicken. Both were below average. We also ordered a vanilla milkshake it tasted synthetic. Save your money do not come even if you have a lot of money give it to the needy. I repeat do not come.Food: 1/5
I order the salt beef sandwich often. The only issue is that the fridge for drinks does not work. Being served a warm diet cola is not great, and this has been the case for months. I would have otherwise given then 5 stars. The sandwich is so good that I do go back and the staff are very polite and professional.Food: 5/5
Which Wich is a fun looking new shop with a great system for ordering sandwiches! The atmosphere is friendly and lively and the shop is well designed. There are so many options and you can customise your sandwich with basically anything. Would definitely come back here!Food: 5/5
