Absolutely amazing service from Wheelspin Models. I'm not sure of the name of the chap that served me, unfortunately. I did a price comparison online, and the following day, I received an email saying no problem and they would match the price.nnI called in to pick it up the same day, and the que was almost out of the door . The shop is amazing, and the help/customer service is second to none.nnI'm still new to this hobby and look forward to visiting Wheelspin again. Massive thanks all regards, Andy B
Amazing place. I brough my son his first RC car 2 weeks ago and went back the week after to buy my first RC monster truck!! Andy was unbelievably helpful and had all the time in the world for us. Any questions I had after I purchased the cars, they were always willing to help. Shout out to Andy and the rest of the staff. Top place, top guys and highly recommend it.
A few things that make me give a 1 star rating.nnTook a full 7 days to change a steering servo, i know they are busy but i think if i didnt ring every other day that the car would of been fixed.nnThe car has been brought for my son for christmas and used a handful of times. A week after purchase the steering servo decided it no longer wanted to work. I took it back as i thought it would be covered under warrenty, but because the car has scratches they decided it was my fault and it was due to crash damage? How i will never know, anyway after a full 7 days and 30 pound down i got it home to find when i steer right it goes left and steer left it goes right. Also NEVER returns to centre. So ANOTHER issue i have now got to sort out.nnPlease be advised that your NOT allowed scratches in your first 12 months warrenty. You will not be covered and be blamed for crash damage. Im going to upload a picture if someone cares to tell me were the crash damage is..
Purchased a Traxxas Stampede 4x4 HD VXL from here and got in contact through WhatsApp regarding some questions about the product. Nicky responded very quickly and assisted me with all of my queries, so a massive thank you to him. Wheelspin Models would be my only recommendation for any of your RC needs and I can only give a glowing review. A massive thank you to the team here.
Possibly the best place for anything RC model related. Their website has so much choice and suggestions for any additional parts you need for the kit. I ordered my kit on Thursday, which was shadow stock, for store collection and had a message to say it was ready for collection at 11 am Friday. I changed my mind on the colour so reserved more paint and a couple of bits and bobs for store collection on Saturday morning, in less than 20 minutes it was ready for collection. Top service and friendly helpful staff.
