What a transformational month working with Sam. I got into the gym 4 years ago and no matter how hard I worked I never met my goals. I kind of knew that it was was my nutrition that was holding me back... I eat pretty good but I was restricting myself too much. One of the things that Sam did was to get me eating more fat! Anyway I'm loosing fat at a rate of 1 stone a month and I don't feel hungry or restricted. Over the first month (where Sam gives you everything you need to succeed) I've been constantly amazed by what I can eat and how much I can eat... I even said to Sam - will there be a pain barrier I have to go through to adjust to eating less and she was like "no you'll be fine"... I have to admit I was skeptical but the proof is in the eating. I've never felt better and think Sam should put her prices up because price should be based on value and for me it's be life changing. Thank you Sam you're the best :)

Finding Sam has been a complete godsend, she is a fantastic nutritionist, taking the time to listen to your needs and catering to them to suit you as an individual. I have totally changed my lifestyle and the way I eat thanks to her, helping me loose that ever annoying baby weight and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to make a life change. Thank you Sam for all that you have done!
