I was expecting a far better service than I received, especially as it is quite a lot more expensive than others in the area. The car is left in the public car park for you to collect and it is quite dark to be able to check the car over to see how well it had been cleaned. After driving home and seeing it in the daylight I noticed they had not cleaned the lower panel of the doors on the passenger side and although I chose and paid for the service that included cleaning of the interior (including dashboard, upholstery, pockets and boot), it was clear very little effort was spent on doing this as the pockets still had a lot of dust and fluff and the interior was not cleaned much better. What made it worse was that I told them how important it was to have it cleaned because I was selling the car and had a prospective buyer coming to see it later that day. I then ended up spending an hour cleaning it myself. All in all a very disappointing service that I could not recommend.

When I came for the first time, they did a great job cleaning the car, but after going here every 1 or 2 weeks, the quality just is worst and worst....

The best customer service!...the staff are really friendly...there's more than can be expected...and of course the quality of them work are at the top class level...Definitely the best in the town....in this point after more than 3 years of using this place, so I know exactly what I mean

Wharfside - Thank you for repairing the terrible repair which was completed by another garage who I shall 'not' name! Also had a wheel refurbished too! Lovely :)

Would highly always recommend this car wash. Always take my cars here to be washed, they clean your car to a very high. Without a doubt they are the best in the area. Bonus that the staff are always lovely and friendly too :)
