Fantastic service We have just had our stove fitted by John and his team from Wharfedale Stoves and could not be happier with every aspect of the process. John and his family in the shop are extremely welcoming, helpful & knowledgeable with by far the best selection of stoves in Otley. The quote from John was also several hundreds of pounds cheaper than other competitors we contacted. Mike & Chris then carried out the building work and fitting of the stove over two days. We didn't meet Chris but Mike was an absolute delight to work with and the two guys did a fantastic, clean job, sorting out a number of problems at no extra cost. Mike then came back at a time that suited us to talk us through using our new stove, which is amazing. Every aspect of our experience with Wharfedale Stoves exceeded our expectations. Would recommend without hesitation to anyone wanting a stove fitted at the best possible price.
