I was appalled at the service today at my local w h Smith store I went in to renew driving licence and the assistant left his post where I and upto 10 more customers were left waiting  for  half an hour won't be  using w h Smith again

Always busy, never enough staff who are clearly overworked. Not open at 8.07am on Thursday despite saying it is. It needs help!!

A big shop with a handy post office, its always well organised but staff can be hard to find when help is needed
