I’ve just spoken to a man who was extremely rude via phone as I tried to book an appointment after few months being depressed and now finally feeling better to start looking for a job. I was under “sanctions “ since I was not able to come over for face to face meetings in stains fedcap. That man blamed me in not travelling to Stains from Hersham which takes about 30 minutes by car. I tried to explain that I wasn’t get paid for my travel expenses last time and u would like the be with job centre in Weybridge which is 5 minutes drive . He said that it was not possible and he can’t believe I didn’t get paid for my travel expenses. I’m still shaking after that unpleasant conversation with a member of Universal Credit via weybridge. What a nasty person who doesn’t understand people issues regarding to having a job and unable paying simple bills and other expenses
Ian and Caroline are brilliant and so caring if it wasn't for them this office would get a -5 score as the communication is appalling. When ever They have given me a phone number or email address to send Documents or call the details they give to me never works. I have made numerous complaints even had a long chat with one of the managers to express my concerns and the same thing is happening again. Even when one is in full time employment they insist on you taking time off work to deal wirh their nonsense. I have asked them a million times to call me at a reasonable time I.e lunchtime or early evening as I can not take time off of my job. Nobody seems to understand. What do they expect people to do when in full time employment when their opening and closing times are the standard times most people are at work ? Then they send text message to call them as your claim may be affected. This is the true definition of setting one up to fail.nJOB CENTRES SHOULD BE SUPPORTING PEOPLE BACK INTO EMPLOYMENT.nImagine, all of this to change/update a new address.nnWatchdog needs to look into these happenings as this happens far too often.nnHighly disappointing and stressful.
I have used job centres in the past and this place is the Worst. The staff clearly don’t know what they are doing and when you raise a concern that you want to speak to someone who knows what they are doing. You get a sarcastic reply saying I think I know a lot more then you. Finally the temp said she needs to get a manager who I asked to speak to in the first place. Also, all your personal and sensitive information can clearly be Heard in the establishment by members of public and other work colleagues. I found out when a work colleague and he’s client thought my situation was funny. Both looking at me laughing. Karen who would not fully identify her self so I could make a complaint is totally unprofessional, she has no Customer service skills, she is unaware of any hidden disability’s and has no clue what a full time Unprofessional careers life is like. Telling me to stop being self employed and find a full time job and still care. Also the company keeps making mistakes on your claim , claiming, that I sent my earnings and experiences over late when they can clearly see on your Journal that it was sent over on time . Now they say I have a overpayment of £250 that I have to pay back because they say I was late sending my earnings to them. This company in Weybridge needs to be investigated for their disgusting behaviour and life changing faults and False information. I was left feeling very depressed, feeling strong anxiety , I was uncontrollable shaking. I feel the company Contributed to me having a motorbike accident in no Morrisons when I left , that I reported it to the job centre security guard . When I messaged the job centre in regards of my experience with them today, they sent the police to my house. Avoid this place at all costs and ask to use a different branch . The government clearly needs to vet the staff in this establishment and send them on customer service courses , send them on courses to learn about hidden disabilities and what unprofessional care workers life’s are like especially careers that live with the person they care for because you will find we work more the 35+ hours a week, more like 24/7 care work, but your company is happy to pay full pay to professional careers and pennies to the non-professional careers workers. Bringing people to meetings just to make fun of use and talk down to use when we are saving the government billions a year.
Maria was lovely and understanding went for maternity leave.nnNick is a very nice guy, very understanding and helpful.nnYou get the odd nice person but there are some that don’t care about your problems and force you into a stressful situation. They’ll find a problem with everything you do, and look down on you like you’re nothing.
Went into the Weybridge Job Centre this morning. The service I experienced was excellent. The staff were professional and efficient and also kind and friendly to everyone who came in. Great Customer Service.
